Shipping / Returns / Refunds
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday during business hours (9am to 5pm).

SHIPPING
We ship all of our items via Australia Post. Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday during business hours (9am to 5pm).

Once shipped, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive, depending on the Areas Location. a tracking number is available for your shipment, we will send you an email with the tracking information.

Please ensure that you Provide Shipping address and Contact Details during checkout

RETURNS return within 14 days of the purchase date. To determine if your item is eligible for return, please refer to the list below. We ask that you cover the shipping charges back to us for your return.

For your item to be eligible for return, it must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require your order number and reason for the return. Please email us at enakat888@gmail.com with this information to initiate the process of your return. This process may take up to one week.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we encourage the use of a trackable shipping service or the purchase of shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, it may take a few business days for the amount to be reflected on your account.

If you have not received your refund within 5-7 business days of the refund notification, please check with your bank or credit card company.
It may take several business days for your refund to be posted by your bank or credit card company.
