PAYMENT

Payment is via PayPal using your PayPal account OR debit or credit card.

(Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account, if you scroll down on the PayPal page there is the option to pay by debit or credit card.)

POSTAGE

All items will be sent via Australia Post (standard parcel post) within 3 business days of receiving payment.
Unfortunately it is difficult to determine how long Australia Post will take to deliver an item but it should be within 5-10 business days.

If you would like to upgrade to Express or Registered Post please proceed to the checkout and then message me before making payment so I can adjust the postage accordingly.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I make everything with care and attention to detail, however due to the nature of being hand-sewn, there may be some slight variances in product tolerances. In the slight chance there is an identifiable fault please message me within 2 days of receiving so we can work out the best solution.

While every attempt is made to present accurate descriptions and photos, colours may vary slightly when viewed on different devices.

The customer is responsible for the costs to return the item.

There are no refunds for change of mind.

I cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items during transit as this is out of my control.
