Store Policies

As our products are handmade, minor imperfections are part of the unique character of these items. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy in our product images, colours may appear differently on individual computer monitors depending on your settings. If you have any queries, please contact us prior to completing your order at the Checkout. We will try to assist in any way possible.

Orders are shipped Australia wide & internationally using Australia Post standard mail. Once we have confirmation that your payment has been received, we will ship your purchase within 3 business days. Trace & Eve Designs can not be held responsible for any delays, damages or lost items once they are despatched. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are correctly entered during the Checkout process.

Please choose carefully as we do not normally accept returns unless the product is not as described, is faulty, or we have shipped the wrong item. In these instances, ´╗┐all costs associated with return of the product will be covered by Trace & Eve Designs. Please contact us immediately and return it to us within 5 days of receipt, together with proof of purchase and we will refund the original purchase price and postage.
