Store Policies

*With in the first month of receiving your piece Moss and Moon will happily issue a refund or exchange if it happens to be faulty. Please message us and we will do our best to ensure you have a happy shopping experience through Moss and Moon.

*No refunds or exchanges for change of mind or custom made pieces.

*Custom made and commissioned pieces must be paid in full before Moss and Green can commence work on them. Please understand that as a small business we cannot absorb the cost of using materials on custom or commission pieces for a customer to then change their mind and not follow through with their purchase.

*As a small business Moss and Green cannot be held responsible for damages or losses that occur in the post. All items will be gift wrapped and packaged with care. If your goods arrive damaged please let us know and we will point you in the right direction of follow up with Australia post.
