STORE POLICIES – LONG-WINDED BUT ALL IMPORTANT SO PLEASE BEAR WITH ME!
Please remember that kokedamas are living items and as such do require sunlight and water for their survival. Whilst I do pack them very carefully to protect them and they are well moistened and wrapped prior to sending, after spending days at a time in a box they may look a little under the weather on arrival. Please unwrap them, give them a good drink (if they look or feel dry) and place them in a suitably-lit position. They should return to their beautiful selves within a couple of days.

The items listed are all made and ready to send. Depending on the length of time from when they are made to when they are sold they may have grown quite a bit! If you are concerned with this, please contact me prior to purchase and I will send you an updated photo showing current plant size.

PAYMENT
I accept payment by PayPal.

POSTAGE
Postage is within Australia only with the exception of NT, TAS & WA (for orders containing live plants/moss) due to quarantine restrictions. Sorry!

Physical address needs to be provided in order to post live plants.

All items containing live plants will be posted on Monday to Friday. I generally like to pack and post within 24 hours of receiving an order but I do consider transit times and weekend delays when deciding on which day to arrange for collection by the courier. All other items that do not contain live plants will be posted within 24 hours of ordering (except if this falls on a weekend/public holiday when they will be posted the following business day).

Live plant items, DIY kokedama boxes and artificial kokedamas are posted via Sendle (couriers) and tracking information will be provided. All items are marked as ‘authority to leave’ to avoid excess time sitting at courier depots. Please notify me of where you would prefer your item to be left (ideally not in a place that is in full sun) or if you would prefer that the item is not marked as ‘authority to leave.’ Should I receive no communication from you regarding this prior to sending then it will be marked as ‘authority to leave at front door.’ I do not take any responsibility for misplaced or damaged items once they have been left in the specified location.

No one likes having to pay for postage and for that reason postage is FREE for all items purchased from my store!

Pick-up is possible from Walkerston Q 4751 - please contact me for more details (postage costs will be refunded in this instance).

RETURNS
As kokedamas are living items, I do not accept returns or exchanges so as to not put the plants under further stress with lengthy times in transit. However, should you have a problem with your order please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your item (the time in which the item was delivered at your nominated address) and I will do my best to sort this out for you.
