Store Policies

All of our items will be shipped via Australia Post.
Items are handmade and will be posted between 2-7 days of payment clearing.

Postage is stated on each item description. Combined postage applies to purchases of more than one item. This is calculated at the checkout.

Items are sent via domestic letters or trackable parcel post depending on the size and weight of the item. Registered post or cover is available but will require extra postage fees, please contact us before purchasing if you would like to cover your items with registered post or cover. Unfortunately, items lost via Australia Post that are not registered post items, can not be replaced or refunded by Earth, Sand and Sea Design.

Some toys are made using safety eyes. Whilst all care is taken to ensure that our products are safe, the purchasing of toys with safety eyes for children under the age of two is at the discretion of the buyer.

Where goods are faulty we are happy to either fix, replace or refund Damaged items due to extraordinary wear and tear and not covered. Faulty Items must be returned to us at the buyer's cost before any remedy can be actioned.
