Returns Policy

Please see information about my returns policy below. If you have any questions at all please get in touch at hello@rjcollective.com.au

Photographic Prints
Purchases of photographic prints are final. We are unable to accept exchanges or refunds of prints for change of mind.

If your print has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing hello@rjcollective.com.au for assistance. Please make sure to open your package within this time.
Please keep all original packaging and the print as we may require photos or the original print to process your claim.

Cushions & Kitchenwares
If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your product, please email hello@rjcollective.com.au for assistance.

All products must be unused and in their original packaging.

The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges.

Sale Items
Products purchased using a promotional code, or that have been purchased at a discounted price, are ineligible for a refund.

For this reason, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.

We cannot offer rain checks on products that are out of stock during a promotion, or that are part of a collaboration.

Shipping Information

Delivery in Australia
3-4 business days, some country locations may take up to 6 business days

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Paynesville, Australia.

All parcels sent with Australia Post are registered and parcels sent internationally are tracked. Postage will be charged to the customer at checkout.

International Delivery times
If you have ordered a print these estimates are for delivery after your print has arrived in the studio. All other items in stock will be sent within 48hrs of receiving your order, all made to order items will be sent within 2-4 weeks.
• Standard UK Delivery: 8 – 10 Business Days
• Standard USA Delivery: 10 – 14 Business Days
• Standard International Delivery to Remote Areas: 14 – 21 Business Days

Can I track my item?
Yes. Once we have posted your item, we will send you a courtesy email to confirm shipment. You will also receive a tracking number and shipping updates via email from Australia Post.

I’ve ordered a print, when will my order be sent?
All photographic prints are custom printed just for you and sent to my studio to be signed, dated and numbered in pencil.

Unframed fine art prints are sent from my studio within 10 business days.
How are the prints packaged?

Sml, Med & Lrg unframed prints are rolled safely into a reinforced cardboard tube.
