Store Policies

Shipping: we only ship within Australia. On premade items our goal is to have it in the post to you within 3 working days. Though the actually cost of shipping does depend on the item that you purchase. Refer to individual items for this information.

Refunds: we gladly accept refunds and exchanges if there is a fault with an item. We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and have the item shipped back to me within 30 days.

The following items can not be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalised items

Condition of return:
-Buyer are responsible for return shipping costs. if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations: once an order has been placed we do not accept cancellations. only due to the fact that items are premade and once an order has been received we post as soon as we can. If you do have an issue with an order please contact us as soon as you are aware, and we can see what we can do to fix the issue.
