Store Policies

Payment: via PayPal (including credit card payments), or Direct Debit (for madeit.com.au registered users)

Postage: hats are posted in a sturdy box, which typically arrives in two business days. I will contact you with details of the tracking number as soon as the parcel is sent.

Exchange: please return the hat to me in original condition and I will happily send out a replacement in an alternative size or design. Please note there may be a price difference between a smaller and larger size child’s hat.

Refund: please return the hat to me in original condition and I will refund the full price.

International customers: please note, you will be responsible for resolving any customs charges that may be levied in your country.
