Payment
Paypal is the preferred method of payment, customers can also contact me regarding direct debit option if PayPal doesn't suit.

Shipping
Items will be dispatched via Australia Post Regular post.

Please see Australia Post for information on shipping times from Regional WA to your area.

Postage costs will be combined wherever listed, you are welcome to message for a custom listing.

Items will be packed safely and securely for shipping however I am not responsible for any breakages or damage incurred during shipping.

Custom
Please allow 1-2 weeks from payment being received for dispatch.

Ready to Post
All "ready to post" items will be send out on the closest Mondays, Tuesday or Friday from purchase.

Refunds
No refunds on custom items.
Unfortunately I don't offer a refund if you change your mind so please choose carefully.
Refunds will only be given where quality of workmanship is deemed to be poor and I am notified within 3 days of you receiving your order.
Item must be returned in original condition, unworn and refunds only given once I have received the item at my end. Customer responsible for return costs.
