Store Policies

Sunnybrae Jewellery do not accept returns or exchanges but please contact me if you have a problem with your order.

Payment can be made using Paypal or Direct debit. Direct debit is available for Australian customers only.

The order will be dispatched by the following business day once payment is received.

International postage with tracking is available at a cost of $20.00.
Note: Tracking not available for all countries, see Australia Post web site for details.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot be responsible for any delays due to customs.

If an item has been damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss repair options. Please retain all packaging and item(s) in question.

Care instructions -
Much of the material I use in my jewellery is an alloy of or contains copper. Copper exposed to normal conditions will tarnish over time. Using a good quality copper or silver polish (read instructions first) and clean soft cloths will bring back the lustre of the object but may remove intended patina applied to the item.
The vitreous enamelled and sea glass items can crack or chip if treated with little respect.
