Any personal information you give to us will only be used for purposes reasonably associated with transactions or other dealings between you and us. This may include processing orders, statistical analysis, surveys, or communication with you (unless you have requested us not to do so).

We will not disclose any of your personal information to a third party (unless required by law) without your consent.

Only customers who have subscribed to the newsletter will receive updates to new items/promotions.




Shipping Information

Most items are shipped, without packaging to reduce postage costs. Please contact us if you wish to have items gift wrapped. There may be an additional charge for shipping.

The buyer is responsible for all taxes.

How do you send my orders?

Orders to Australian Addresses:

Other items may be delivered by courier or Australia Post

Order to addresses outside Australia:

All orders are sent through Australia Post, however, if the items are of greater than $100 value, for peace of mind we recommend insurance. All import regulations, customs, duties, etc. will be the responsibility of the buyer.



When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship within 1-5 business days of confirmed payment.



When will my order arrive?

Orders to Australian Addresses:

Orders are expected to arrive between 1-5 business days after shipping depending on the address, choice of delivery, etc.

2. Orders to non-Australian addresses

Orders are expected to arrive between 2 and 7 weeks, after shipping depending on the country, address, choice of delivery.

Please check the import regulations and appropriate duties taxes and any other fees that are applicable in your state and country. Customs and import costs are paid by the buyer.

Please be aware that we have no control over the delivery process after it leaves our premises. We will notify you by email once, the order has been shipped.



What if I am not home to accept my delivery?

Australia Post delivery:

Australia Post will deliver to an address and usually require a signature. If you are not there, they usually leave a card that allows you to pick it up from the local Post Office.

Courier Delivery:

Couriers will deliver to an address and usually require a signature. If you are not home, they may leave a calling card to arrange the delivery.



Please Note: If you know that you are not at home, please provide an alternate address for delivery.



Can you deliver to my PO BOX address?

Any items that are delivered by Australia Post can be delivered to a PO Box.

Courier deliveries can only be delivered to a physical address (home address, work address, or other address)



We offer a 100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee on all purchases, excluding postage & handling charges. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item. Please email us with your details if returning an item as soon as you are able.

Change of mind - Buyer is responsible for return postage if you change your mind.

All returns must be in an unused/undamaged condition and in original packaging.

Refunds will be processed once the items are received and inspected. A refund will be given on item only not postage.

It is also suggested that items are returned with signature and tracking to ensure it arrives safely. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected.

Damaged or not as described - We will pay for return postage if items are not as described or damaged. If damaged we will ask you to send us an image of the damaged item.

For items posted free, the refund will be 20% less than the purchase price.

Returns Policy
We value your business and strive to develop appropriate procedures to reduce the risks to any purchased items. However, the following guidelines will help you understand how we have successfully dealt with such matters.

Change of mind - you are responsible for returned postage. We will refund you on the item only.

Damaged or not as described - A total refund will be issued only if the item you received is significantly different from the item description.

Defective items must be returned to Wood and Resin (PO Box 1738, Noosaville BC 4566, Australia) within 30 days of the purchase to be eligible for a replacement or refund if the item cannot be replaced.

All items must be received back in their original condition to receive an exchange or refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We advise our customers to use a shipping method that is traceable or requires delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
