Store Policies

Payment Options:
Payment confirmation is required before any products are posted. Payment can be made by:
- Card ( via STRIPE)
- PayPal
- BANK Deposit - only available when you create a 'Made it' account via the home screen.
Bank details will be included in your invoice for payment. Payment should be made within 24HRS, with a copy of your remittance receipt emailed to madebydeeqld@gmail.com or via the Facebook page.
Failure to do so will result in your order being suspended and items being made available for sale to other customers.

Returns / Refunds:
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind.
Should an item be considered faulty, it will need to be returned by the customer for inspection before a refund or replacement will be issued. Return shipping costs will be included in the refund if the item is confirmed as faulty.

Shipping:
We ship via Australia Post. No international orders will be accepted at this time. If you are interested - please feel free to send an enquiry & a quote can be done.
Tracking is included on all postage from our stall.
Once your order is on it's way, you will receive email notification with tracking details.

Postage costs:
Will vary dependent on the item. Please see individual listings or email for a quote.
Please make sure ALL items in your cart have the same postage option selected when adding to cart. This will ensure postage costs are correct on check out.
Additional charges apply for Express or Standard Signed Delivery options. 

Once you have placed your order and received postage confirmation, no changes can be made to your delivery address. If you have any concerns regarding your order please contact madebydeeqld@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Other notes:
Some variation in fabric print positioning or sizing will occur due to the nature of the product being handmade. If you have specific requirements, please contact us before placing your order, so we can assist you.

Whilst we will endeavour to keep the stock information here as up to date as possible, there may from time to time be an item still listed that is out of stock/or no longer available. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know, and you will be given the option of a refund or alternative bag if we are unable to source and make your preference to order.
