Store Policies

Postage costs will vary depending on size of item. Products are sent through standard Australia Post or Express Australia Post as requested at checkout. Please contact us directly if you need an item urgently and are unsure of transit times.

It is the nature of handmade items to have very minor irregularities. All items are carefully checked prior to sale for flaws. We encourage you to look closely at item photos and description prior to purchase. If you are unhappy with your item, please be in touch to discuss your concerns. Exchange or refund will be offered in the case of legitimate faults with photographic proof within 30 days of purchase No exchange or refund will be offered for change of mind or normal wear and tear.

It is important to note that mistreated items are not faulty. Damage caused by yanking on jewellery, dragging bags or overloading zippers or other misuse will not result in exchange or refund. Treat your items kindly and they will last a long time.
