PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASE
Payment can be made by Paypal or Direct Bank Deposit.

SHIPPING
All items are shipped with Australia Post from Victoria - postcode 3754 or 3091
Items are shipped within 1 - 2 days of receiving cleared payment or for made to order items, it can be up to 10 days - this will be outlined in each listing descriptions

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact within 2 days of receipt. I am happy to work with you to resolve any issues. Please note the following conditions for exchanging an item:

- Garters are considered underwear and therefore we do not accept returns, so please choose carefully
- Shipping costs are not refunded and return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.
- Agreed refunds are processed once the item has been received by return shipping and it must be in original, unused condition.
- We are not responsible for any returned items that may be lost by the mail system. It is highly recommended that items be returned with tracking and insurance.
- Delivery of unsolicited returns where contact has not been made prior to returning an item will not be accepted.

DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS
I take great care in my work however if an item has a fault or arrives damaged I will offer a full refund. You must

- Take photos of the damage and packaging;
- Contact me within 2 days of receipt;
- Ship items back to me within 7 days of receipt;
- Items must be clean, unused and where possible in original packaging with all labels and tags attached;
- Unsolicited returns where you have not contacted me first will not be accepted;
- Refunds will be processed once the item has been received.
