Store Policies

Postage is charged as per Australia Post pricing http://auspost.com.au/. If you are buying multiple items, please do not hesitate to email for a quote on postage.

Refunds will only be given within 7 days of receiving your item and only if the item is faulty or damaged. A picture of the damaged/faulty item will need to be provided and a full refund will be given once the goods have been returned to Bits & Bobs 4 Bubs.

If you change your mind, I am only to happy to exchange the item once it has been returned in its original condition (tags/wrapping). The cost of postage to return items to Bits & Bobs 4 Bubs is at the customers expense.
