Store Policies

All Payments are refundable up until an item is posted (within 24hrs). Full refund is provided upon return of unwanted items provided they return in condition which they were sold in OR if any damage has happened to the items purchased or a defect detected (this includes damage to the wick, scent being incorrect or other defect which prevents candle being used as intended).

Sale or discounted items are nonrefundable unless defects which prevent the customer from using the item are apparent (exchanges may be available for customers in this instance).

Postage will be within 1-2 business days of purchase. Custom or bulk orders will take 7-14 days unless otherwise stated.
