Store Policies

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

All sales are considered final. If there is a problem with something you've purchased, please contact me right away and we will try to work something out.

While I don't offer refunds on lost items, and it can be difficult to replace as my items are one of a kind originals, we can usually find a suitable replacement if you contact us.

POSTAGE & SHIPPING
Our postage and shipping price also includes the cost for packaging supplies.

PROCESSING TIME:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. While as a general rule I try to have your order out within 3 business days. If I anticipate a longer processing time than that I will generally email you to let you know.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or Australia Post.
