Store Policies

Thank you for shopping with me at the Seashell Stall.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Each piece is one-of-a-kind and ready to be sent to you.

PAYMENT: Payment is to be made via PayPal or Credit Cards via PayPal within 3 days of purchasing. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before any orders are posted. All prices are in AUD. If you have made a purchase and then have problems making payment please contact me.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Most orders will be sent via Australia Post. Postage & handling fees are $10 for small sized packages up to 500 grams, $15 for medium sized packages 500 grams to 3kg or $20 for large sized packages 3kg to 5kg. Some parcels may be larger than Australia Post parcels dimensions allow for and in those cases the next appropriate parcel size will be quoted for. The dimensions of some feature frames are too large to be shipped as an Australia Post parcel and are described as "bulky" items. Extra large packages and orders containing bulky items will be sent via a courier service for a flat rate courier fee of $55.

I do combine postage for multiple purchases where possible. Please wait for updated invoice prior to payment and please message me beforehand if you need an exact quote. All items will be posted within 1-3 business days of payment being received. Delivery times are then determined by Australia Post and are generally within 2-7 days from dispatch. If you need an item quickly, please message me beforehand to organise Express Post for an additional fee.

Please ensure your address is correct and up to date in both PayPal and in your Madeit Account.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping might be possible in some cases. For a personalised international shipping quote please send me a private message with a list of items for your order, the full shipping address and any special requirements and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Please be mindful of your countries customs policies before inquiring.

CUSTOMS: Certain country's have strict customs regulations regarding some shell and wood products. Please check the rules specific to your country prior to making any purchases. All customs requirements, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURN POLICY: I take great care to ensure your items arrive in good condition. If however you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible after receiving your order. Returns are accepted if the item is faulty or not as described. Please understand that I am careful to accurately represent my work in the descriptions and photographs and I do not accept returns if you change your mind. If the item is faulty or not as described a refund will be issued once the item has been returned and the fault has been confirmed. Please contact me prior to returning any items. OTHER: Shop items may be listed elsewhere for sale and will be removed as soon as possible after a sale is made. It is highly unlikely, but possible, a sale may need to be cancelled if the item sells elsewhere before the listing can be withdrawn from the store. I will always remove sold listings as soon as possible.
