Thank you for supporting handmade

Payment: Payment is made at the time of purchase. Payment can be made by paypal, stripe, direct deposit and Afterpay.

Postage: Ready made Items will be sent 1-3 days after payment has cleared. Made to order/custom orders will be sent after completion. You will be notified of an ETA. Postage is standard mail from Northern NSW. If you require upgraded shipping let me know, any extra costs will be the customers. All care is taken when wrapping products and we reuse packaging if at all possible.

Refund & Exchange: I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please notify within 1 week of receiving if you are not happy with your purchase so we can work out what is best to do. Refunds not given for changing your mind.
