Policies
I would like to reassure you of my commitment to customer satisfaction. As each item is hand crafted it may differ slightly from the photo online, but only if there is more than one item of the same design. That's what makes them all unique.

Payments
I accept PayPal but if you prefer to pay by bank transfer (Australian customers only). Please contact me for bank transfer details when you place your order. For International buyers it is PayPal only. All payments are to be made within 48 hours and I will post your order soon after payment is received. All prices are in Australian dollars AUD.

Shipping
Shipping within Australia normally takes 3 -5 days and will be sent through Australia Post regular domestic mail with free postage but no tracking for those who choose this option. If you want Registered mail with tracking, or Australia Post Express then these options are also available.
International orders - Please contact me for a postage quote as postage rates depend on the country of destination and the weight/size of the package. I will offer the most economical postage rate as well as other available options. Customs and duty fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

All orders are posted in a small box and inside you will also find a jewellery pouch, a small cleaning cloth and an anti-tarnish tab to keep your jewellery tarnish free for up to 12 months, along with care instructions.


Refunds
I want customers to be happy with their purchase so if your order arrives faulty please contact me within a day or two of delivery to discuss how to resolve it. No refunds/exchanges will be given for 'change of mind' or for items that have been worn.

I am not offering custom orders at the moment, but if I do these also will be non-refundable.

My prices are based on cost of materials and the time it takes me to complete each item.
