[Shipping information]

Notice-Due to the current Covid-19 crisis there may be a delay in shipping and receiving your order.

✤ Ready to ship item ✤
Items will be shipped within 1-3 working days after receiving cleared payment. Exceptions are only for public holidays and weekends.

✤ Made to order item ✤
Please allow 1-7 days to create BEFORE shipping.

*Australian customers: I send all items from Australia Post. The shipping cost over $8.30 is included tracking.
If you require express post, registered post or insurance please contact me and I will arrange a custom listing.
After posting if I've overcharged I'll refund the difference via paypal.

*International customers: I send all items via Standard Air mail (no tracking) from Australia Post.

*Australian customers: allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery, dependent on Australia Post.
*International customers: allow 3 - 8 weeks for delivery, dependent on both Australia Post and your own postal system. There is no way to estimate any delivery times for international orders as a counties customs can take any length of time to process.
*My responsibility for the item ends once I have posted it. Please note that I do not take responsibility for LOST OR DAMAGED items.

I will ship to your MADEIT address.
Please check your shipping address. I cannot be responsible for an incorrect address.

Buyers are responsible for paying any duties, customs fees, VAT and applicable taxes that may be incurred, and should check into those charges before making a purchase.

[Refunds, returns & exchanges]

If you are not happy with your purchase, then please contact me as soon as you receive your parcel . Please contact me before returning an item so that we can work together to resolve any issues you may have.
Item must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging for me to issue a refund. All you have to do is pay for the shipping. Refund will only be made after receiving back the item. All shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you are returning an item from overseas (outside Australia) please clearly mark your returned package with 'RETURNED GOODS' so that customs fees are not applied to the returned items. Without this a customs fee may be charged and this will be deducted from your refund.

I will accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, unless the item has already shipped.
