Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or postal strikes


I will accept returns and exchanges under the following terms and conditions:

Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Post items back to me within: 7 days of delivery.
Item must be undamaged and in the same condition as supplied. However, if items arrive damaged or defective, this does not apply.
I don't accept cancellations once the order has commenced and in these instances deposits are non-refundable.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value


The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items

All my pieces are shipped using Australia Post and can be registered if required or tracked by Australia Post tracking system.

While I have endeavoured to be as accurate as I can with shipping costs, they are a guide price only as the final costs are dependent on a number of factors:

Clients' choice,
Whether the item is in stock or custom made
Weight of item
Number of pieces in the order
Type of mail delivery required by client.

Cost of shipping within Australia is $8.50 up to 500 grams in weight with tracking facility. . However, I guarantee that I will always make every effort to keep the shipping/postal costs to a minimum. Postage will be lower if tracking is not required.
