Payment: PayPal or Direct deposit.
Postage: Varies to the item. It will be noted in the item description & happy to combine postage.
Refunds & Exchange:
As all of our work is handmade, it is checked multiple times for quality control. For this reason we do not give refunds.
No refunds for simply changing your mind.
If you are custom ordering then I will ensure there is a good amount of communication for this process to ensure your happy with your product before it is posted. It is with this reason that refunds will not be given.
If something is genuinely broken or not as advertised or described then please email me within 24hrs of it arriving to you & I will discuss with you what we can do to resolve your issue.
Yesterdays Rainbow is not liable for any loss or damage of item once posted. If your item requires a tracking number then I will provide you with this & notify you once your parcel has been posted.
