Store Policies

Items are sent by Parcel Post which provides a tracking number but does not require a signature. Buyers should allow 4 - 6 business days from when their item is shipped depending on what part of Australia you are from. Please let me know if you would like Express shipping or would like your purchase registered or insured, which would involve an additional charge.
Damaged Goods - I take every precaution to ensure that your purchase is carefully packed, therefore, if it arrives damaged, I am unable to accept responsibility.
A full refund is guaranteed if your purchase does not fit the description given in the listing, and that includes shipping costs.
If you wish to return your purchase because you have had a change of heart, then I am happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item (but not the shipping cost of the item) if it is returned within 7 days of purchase and arrives in it's original condition. You would be required to pay for the item to be returned.
