Thanks for checking my store policies!

What you see in the pictures plus the description is what you get (colour variation may happen from computer to computer).
It is very important that you check the measurements of any item you intend to order.
I provide as much details as I can, but if you have any doubt please do send me a message to clarify it. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have!

All my items are handmade and made to order, I currently need 5 working days to get them ready to post.
But I always try to post them the soonest I can.

There are 3 different options to choose from:
** Standard post **
The cheapest available. Does not offer a tracking number or insurance in case of loss.
If you choose this option, please keep in mind once your order has been posted, we can't track it.
Occasionally orders are delayed or lost by Auspost and this is beyond my control.
Unfortunately, no refund will be given in case of items lost in the mail.

Estimated delivery given by Auspost: 2-8 working days (please always consider possible delays when ordering).

** Registered post **
Tracking number available and insurance in case of loss (up to $100).
It gives us all peace of mind and I strongly recommend in case you would like to be able to track your order.
(I personally have my orders registered when I spend $25 or more).

Estimated delivery given by Auspost: 2-8 working days (please always consider possible delays when ordering).

** Express post **
Tracking number available. The fastest option I can offer.

Estimated delivery given by Auspost: 1-3 working days.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that unfortunately I am not able to guarantee a delivery date as this service is provided by Auspost.
I can however, guarantee the day you order will be posted. If you need your order ASAP, please send me a message to check when it will be posted.

I hope you are super happy with what you ordered and we don't come to that, but in the event you would like to return your order, please contact me as soon as you receive it so we can organise the immediate return (THIS IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR PERSONALISED/CUSTOMISED ORDERS).
The item must be sent back unused and in the original packaging.
Your refund will be given once item arrives back and comply with conditions above.
Please note all postage expenses will NOT be refunded. If you would like to make sure your item is delivered, I strongly recommend registered post.

Sorry, they are non-refundable.
