Store Policies

|| Ordering & Payment ||

• Please allow 4-6 weeks for your item to be lovingly handmade before it is posted.
• Some components are ordered in especially from overseas so if there are any delays, you will be notified as soon as possible.
• If you need an item urgently, please contact me to discuss further.
• Payments can be made via PayPal or Bank Deposit.
• Custom orders will not be started until all payments have cleared.
• Goods will not be sent until all payments have cleared.
• If payment is not received within 48 hours your order may be cancelled.
• Each piece is an individual, hand-crafted creation so no two items will be the same.
• When making custom keepsakes, it is a natural part of the process for air bubbles to occur.
• Colours may differ slightly due to photography, lighting and monitors.
• Listing is for the described item only; accessories pictured are not included and are for styling purposes only.
• Bead settings (silver, rose gold, gold cores) can affect the final colour/tone of lighter or transparent stones.
• Gemstones and Crystals:
- I research and source my gemstones from all around the world from reputable suppliers and do my best to ensure they are genuinely natural.
- "Healing" is a non-medical term used throughout this shop to describe properties of gemstones and crystals. Any properties associated with the gemstones and crystals sold are based on ancient folklore.
- Any "healing" properties stated in the description are not to be used as a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment. Using stones or crystals as therapy is a personal choice. Please ensure you seek professional medical advice for health symptoms and issues.
- Please note that the pictured gemstone in the listing may not be the same one you receive. For example, the markings, colouring will not be identical as it's cut from a different piece of stone, therefore, making each piece unique. The quality will be the same.
• Photos and pictures have an Enchanted Stone Co. logo watermark to protect the copying of designs (this will not be on the item itself)

|| Refund/Exchange Policy ||

• KEEPSAKES: Due to the organic nature of inclusions in my keepsake jewellery I am unable to provide refunds or exchanges for these particular custom pieces.
• NON - KEEPSAKES: There is a satisfaction guarantee for non-keepsake items purchased. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return the item. You must make contact within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Unfortunately there are no returns available on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
• Providing that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging, are unused, unworn and undamaged, I offer a 10 day refund or exchange from the original date of purchase.
• Postage costs for returns are not able to be refunded unless a mistake has been made on my behalf e.g. you were sent the wrong product. In this case please contact me as soon as possible prior to sending the goods back.
• Exchanges that are not the result of a fault/defect or a mistake where you have been sent the wrong product will require additional postage and handling charges.
• No exchanges for change of mind.
• Refunds will be returned to you via the method that payment was made e.g. if you paid using PayPal, you will receive your refund via PayPal - less the postage charge if applicable.
Conditions:
• No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have been used, worn or neglected.
• I am not responsible for the postage costs to return items - except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case I will cover any postage costs. Please contact me prior to sending goods back.

|| Postage & Delivery ||

• Enchanted Stone Co. currently posts Australia-wide using Australia Post. Delivery generally takes between 2-10 working days from the day of dispatch for in stock items. I reserve the right to contact you should your delivery charge exceed the cost to post. Once your item is posted there is no control over how long it takes to be delivered to you.
• If you require an urgent delivery, Express Post is available, select this option at check-out.
*Please note that Customer Orders will not be Express Posted until the item is completed*
• If your order is delayed, you will be contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so.
• Please allow up to an extra 2 weeks during busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, sale periods and special promotions.
• No responsibility is taken for parcels lost or damaged during transit. If you would like your item insured, insurance are available at an extra cost, please state this in the additional notes/comments field in checkout.
