Store Policies

All payments are made through PayPal.

Your order will be sent as soon as possible depending on the processing time for payment.

The processing time can be up to 2 weeks from the time you place an order. Once payment is received and this processing time is complete, your order will be shipped.

The shipping period from this point will be up to 7 days according to Australia Post deliveries.

Refunds will not be given if you simply change your mind. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

Please get in touch with us within 48 hours if your product arrives damaged. Attach a photograph of the goods, clearly showing the damage. The image must also include the packing materials that the product arrived in. Once approved, send the product back to us and upon receipt, we will provide a refund, repair or replacement for the goods, subject to the business owner's discretion.

All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling cost of their purchases & exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.
