Store Policies

The creations that you have ordered will be posted to you as soon as possible. If you have special requirements about timing, please let me know.

Air mail is my preferred means of delivery in Australia. If you require a different postage method, please message me and I can arrange this for you. Additional postage charges may be applicable for this service.

I take pride in ensuring that all of my customers are happy!

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please message me so that I can correct the problem (rather than leaving negative feedback). For my paintings, I can refund the purchase price, if you would like to return the painting to me. Most payments for printed items (such as cushion covers) can also be refunded within 29 days, but clothes are "made to order" so my ability to provide refunds is limited. (Having said that, it is super important to me that you are happy, so message me and I will do what I can for you!)

In the event that you would like a refund, it is not always possible to refund postage costs. This is because the items in my shop are very reasonably priced and do not factor in a premium for this occurrence.
