Store Policies

BeLuli Designs accepts payment through Direct checkout & Bank Deposit. You do not require a PayPal account to use this service, just follow the prompts on checkout. We will email you Bank Deposit details once you have purchased the item(s).

PayPal accepts payment from your individual PayPal account or via a credit card.

All orders are custom made, so BeLuli Designs requires full payment at time of purchase to ensure immediate crafting of your item.

You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal and Madeit when your order has been received by BeLuli Designs.

BeLuli Designs will send you a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

You have 24 hours from the purchase of your unique item to cancel your order. Please email BeLuli Designs at Belulidesigns [!at] gmail.com within 24 hours & a complete 100% refund will be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours.

Australia Post satchels & mailing bags will be used for the safe transit of your purchase(s).

Shipping to the below 20+ countries will be without tracking as this is quite expensive.
Registered post tracking can be used, at an additional cost.

If your country is not listed above, we will still ship to you, please send us a message & we will send a shipping quote to you.

All shipping prices are noted in the listing for each item & are added to the item upon purchase. Prices include all shipping & handling fees.

Please allow on average up to 14 business days delivery to international destinations. In some instances that are out of our control, delivery may exceed the 14 business days.

If you require express shipping please notify us via messages & we will send you a postal quote.

BeLuli Designs offers combined shipping rates if more than 1 item is purchased in the same transaction.

If overcharged for shipping, BeLuli Designs will issue a refund of the difference.

Buyer will be responsible for payment of all shipping, insurance, customs charges and other transportation costs for shipment of items ordered by you through Beluli Designs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you want to change anything about your order, BeLuli Designs accepts changes within the 24 hours from purchase. Please email Belulidesigns@gmail.com, a response email will be sent confirming your changes.

Custom orders will not be refunded or exchanged.

All handmade items are covered under warranty for 7 days after purchase has been received. A faulty item needs to be communicated to BeLuli Designs through a conversation or via email belulidesigns@gmail.com & a replacement (if possible) or an offer to fix item will be implemented.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All items are custom made & if you want to provide more requirements to your purchase, Eg. Floral fabrics, retro fabrics, boy/girl fabrics (animals, fairies, pirates, robots, vehicles etc).
You may want to colour scheme items to suit the decor of your home, let us know which colours & we will do our very best to ensure your unique purchase is perfect.

Email us at Belulidesigns@gmail.com within the first 24 hours after purchase, if you require any changes. Please include your name in the email so we know which purchase is yours.

At BeLuli Designs we guarantee you will be very happy with your purchase as a lot of time & effort goes into selecting the right colour palettes/themes to produce your item.
