Store Policies

PAYMENT:
I accept payment through PayPal or direct payment.

An itemised invoice can be emailed to you in request which can be printed if needed at your end.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
With most of my orders being custom made and/or personalised items, I am unable to exchange them unless:
- the item is damaged during shipping
- there is an error in the personalisation (highly unlikely as details are carefully checked and double checked)

Please note, all shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.

POSTAGE:
I use regular Australia Post within Australia and International Airmail Post. (Please ask for shipping costs if you prefer or need Express shipping)
I have tried to accurately quote shipping costs based on weight/size and I will happily refund the difference should your shipping be overestimated.

PACKAGING:
Your item will be bubble wrapped (and them some! just to be safe) I also use corrugated cardboard for packaging. But please contact me as soon as it arrives should something unforseen go wrong.
