Store Policies

PAYMENT:
PayPal is our preferred form of payment. We do this for the security that PayPal offers, and you do not have to disclose your details to us. Alternatively, if you would like to pay via EFT please feel free to contact us.

- We do our best to respond to your email within 48 hours, though we will usually get back to you before then, Mon-Fri.

POSTAGE & SHIPPING:
- We try to keep shipping affordable for everyone, so please enjoy our flat rate of $9.95 shipping within Australia.
- We ship Tuesday & Friday with a 2-3 day turnaround
- Your parcel will be sent via Australia Post regular parcel with a tracking number provided.
- If you live locally to Capella or Emerald we may be able to deliver your order with prior arrangement. Please send us a message to discuss when we are next coming your way and upon CONFIRMATION, we will adjust/refund your shipping expenses.
- Can I combine shipping?
Yes, you can! If you have placed separate, consecutive orders and providing all items are being sent to the same address, this can be arranged. Email me at thetwistedteatree@gmail.com with your order numbers and I will refund any extra shipping costs you have incurred.
- As we will be posting from our small locally owned post office in Capella, delivery times can expect to take longer than metro services. Please be patient as this is not something we have control over.
- Please understand The Twisted Tea Tree cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost in the mail.


SPOILING SOMEONE?
If your items are a gift for someone special and you would like it posted to them, just make sure to let us know their address in the notes section. We can even hand write a little message for you on one of our cards and attach it to your gift. Let us know whom the gift is for and the exact wording for the card in the notes section when purchasing. – This is our little gift to you!


REFUND/EXCHANGE:
- Please note, we do not offer cancellations, refunds or exchange due to change of mind.
- Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. The Twisted Tea Tree assume no responsibility for defects caused by misuse or negligence, however in the unfortunate event that you find fault with your order, please contact us via email at thetwistedteatree@gmail.com to discuss. Please include a photograph of the faulty item along with a copy of your receipt.
