PAYMENT

Payment can be made through direct deposit or Paypal.

If no payment is received within 3 days of order, Ink & Card reserves the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item.

CAN I PAY VIA PAYPAL WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT?
You don't need to have a Paypal account. To use this function, just press the Paypal option and follow the link to pay by credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment is expected before item is shipped.



SHIPPING AND LEAD TIME

All items are shipped within 1-2 business days from payment.

All prints are presented in a crystal clear cello sleeve with backing board. I ship prints flat in a stiff card envelope. Please contact me if you would like your item sent using express post.



REFUNDS

I take pride in making sure that the product I am sending to you is the best that it can be. I understand however that as a paying customer you have the right to a refund or exchange if you feel that the product you receive from me is not satisfactory.

In the unlikely event that your print becomes damaged in transit or your are unhappy with your product please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances I may ask you to return the goods to me or send through a photo highlighting the damage. I will then issue either a replacement or full refund, whichever you would prefer. Please keep in mind that the refund includes original price plus the original shipping cost. Please note however that the cost of postage to return the item back to me in not refunded.



EXCHANGES & CHANGE OF MIND

Change of mind exchanges will only be granted on prints that have not been shipped.
