Store Policies

PAYMENT:
I accept PayPal or bank deposit.
Payment is required within 3 working days of purchase. If you know this won't be possible, please let me know straight away.

POSTAGE:
I use Australia Post Parcel Post satchels within Australia as they include tracking - select "signed delivery". (The amount I charge for postage is to cover the satchel cost. I do NOT add on extra for packaging & handling.)
Please be aware that I will not accept responsibility for lost items if you choose standard postage, as I do offer trackable postage (at the price charged by Australia Post).
For international orders, please contact me for a quote before making your purchase.
Your item(s) will be posted within 1-2 days of payment having cleared. Unless the item is a custom item. In that case, I will let you know the time frame when placing the order.
I can also do insurance and signature on delivery, if wanted. Please contact me before making payment as these postal add-ons cost extra.
To contact me about postage options just use the "email Seller about this item" button for a quote BEFORE you purchase.

REFUNDS:
If your item arrives damaged or you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. I want you, the customer, to be happy. Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. Exchanges can only be made up to 14 days from the purchase date and the item must be returned in the same condition that it was sent - carefully packaged and not altered. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
