Store Policies

***Payment is via PAYPAL. You do not need to register for a PAYPAL account to use this method. Please arrange payment within 3 days of purchase. Your item will be sent once payment is confirmed. Confirmation of payment for custom items will be needed to start your creation.

***Items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment clearing. To be assured of timely delivery, please allow 2 weeks for custom orders to arrive, (although I try to ship earlier than this). Contact me prior to payment if you need your order earlier. (Please note that some special requests may require ordering of new materials and could take longer.)
***I take the utmost care to ensure that your product reaches you as it is pictured in my store. Standard shipping is via priority postage with Australia Post (unless Express Post is selected). Tracking is not included in your order, please let me know if you would like this included for an additional fee.
***Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility if items are damaged or lost in the post. Please contact Australia Post if this occurs.
***All cards are packaged in a cello bag and are posted with protection against bending: I use clean recycled cardboard where possible for this.

***I want you to be happy with your purchase so please contact me if there are any issues so I can help to resolve them.
***Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible if items are lost or damaged in the post. Please contact Australia Post if this occurs.
***If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, I will arrange an exchange for you if it is returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be unopened and in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
***Refunds or exchanges are not given for change of mind.
***I cannot accept returns for Custom or personalised orders as these cannot be resold. I will send you a photo of the item before it is posted if an email address is provided.

***If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact me and we will try to work out a solution.***

***Small variations such as pattern and embellishment placement may occur between cards of the same design, but these will be minimal. Please also be aware that colours may be represented slightly differently on your monitor.
