Payments by Paypal, no account required.

Please ensure that your postal address is correct. This is the first thing that will make an order go astray. It's not nice for either of us. So before you order, please check that you have updated your PayPal address and anything else. Let me know asap if somethings gone wrong.

Changed your mind, that's fine, but you need to return at your expense. I will do refunds in this instance, but you will not receive a pay back on initial shipping/ postage. Postage is paid to a 3rd party and if your item is delivered and you decide that you don't want it / or have an incorrect address. I will quite happily refund for the item, but not the postage costs. Postal services have done the job we paid them to do.

Your order was a no show? Is your address correct?
All orders have a return address on the back of the package. Turn around can take time, the wait for refunds is a long time for international shipping, and can be up to 6-8 weeks for Australia (domestic returns) - 100 days, which is how long it can take for the courier pigeon to return items. There is no reason why a missing order should not return back home, hence the waiting period.

DIGITAL ITEMS
There are no refunds on digital items, and of course there is no shipping costs involved. Be aware that Tax may be calculated if your region makes it a requirement.
