Store Policies

We take great care about our Speclaces arriving safely to you and to that end, we ship our speclaces in a padded post bag.We are located in Melbourne, Australia so please allow time for your purchase to arrive. Postage times vary between different states within Australia and different countries and can be hard to estimate delivery times.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Ensure your Paypal address is current, as we take no responsibility for Paypal addresses that haven't been updated.

We are confident you will be happy with your new Speclace or Lanyard Necklace. If you are not satisfied, please Contact Us and we will replace or exchange your speclace or lanyard necklace for another of equal value or process a refund into the account with which you paid. Speclace will gladly accept a return when it is received in original condition and in its original packaging. Please Contact Us first about any returns or any queries you might have.

* Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless an item was shipped to you in error and we have confirmed it is our error.
* If the item is not returned as new with original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value up to 50% of item cost.
* If a product was received damaged or faulty in any way, we will request a photo of the damaged item. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of purchase date.
* Please note that items that are damaged as a result of everyday wear and tear, are not considered faulty.
* Please return items in the most economical way, in its original packaging and packed carefully to avoid damage in transit. If a parcel is valued at $50 or more, to protect yourself with shipping carriers, it is highly recommended to have tracking and insurance.
* On occasion your requested replacement may have sold out by the time your product is posted and we receive it. If your replacement is not available, you will be fully refunded into the account with which you paid. (e.g.Paypal, Credit Card).
