Store Policies

PAYMENT
Payment is accepted by Paypal or Bank Deposit & must be made within 24 hours of purchasing.
POSTAGE
Your items will be made and posted after payment has cleared. Most orders will require me to make items according to your requested size, therefore please allow between 1-5 working days for me to complete your order (it depends on the amount of items ordered and whether I have your size already in stock). Send me a message if you'd like to know how long your order will take. Ready made items will be posted within 48 hours. Postage is via Standard Australia Post or you can opt for signed delivery. Please allow between 2-6 working days for your delivery within Australia via Australia Post. Here's Australia Post's estimated delivery times:
To metropolitan areas of capital cities, towns or environs within Queensland: 2 - 4 days.
To other states in Australia: 3 - 6 days.

Express Post (next day delivery) is another option if you are in a hurry to receive your order. Please contact me prior to ordering if you require something in a hurry so I can give you an estimate of an expected delivery time.

Dandelion does not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

INTERNATIONAL orders - please allow up to three weeks for delivery. If you require an express service or registered post please contact me for a quote prior to purchasing.

PERSONALISED MESSAGES-
For no extra charge I can include a personalised message to that someone special for you! I will wrap (as I do with all orders) your order beautifully in brown paper (after also wrapping the items in a protective plastic wrap) with the name and address written carefully on a pretty little doily secured on top. I like to decorate with a couple of lovely stamps too :). Your message will be written beautifully using special gold metallic pen on black card and secured within the parcel. Please leave a message for me at checkout with chosen wording (40 words max), and ensure you leave their name and address in delivery section. No invoices/receipts will be sent to the recipient of course :)

REFUND/EXCHANGE
If you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact me immediately, as it is my priority that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
If proof is provided of the items fault (a simple photo will do) I will send out a replacement free of charge.
Refunds are only accepted on faulty goods, please return within 14 days in original condition.
