Store Policies

PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment for orders can be made through Paypal or Direct Bank Transfer.

SHIPPING POLICY:
All Items will be shipped through Australia Post and all packages will be shipped within 2 business days of payment.
International Buyers – At this stage shipping is unavailable.
Please allow 1-4 working day for postage within Australian and 4-10 working day for International postage.
If you would like your order to be sent by Express Post please contact me and I will provide you with a quote for the extra cost.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:
A lot of hard work goes into all of my items but if you are unhappy with any item you purchase please contact me. I will gladly exchange items or offer a full refund (minus shipping) if contacted within 7 days. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, I will replace your order at no additional cost to you, or I will promptly issue a complete refund.
