Store Policies

Payment:

PayPal is accepted for payment.
I accept bank transfer and also PayPal but if you pay by PayPal $3 transaction fee will be added . Orders will not be made until the payment has cleared!

Shipping:
Please allow at least 3 -weeks after payment for your item to be shipped.
Bulk items (3 or more) big items WILL take longer.
My shipping times vary... sometimes it can be the next day, other times it can take up to 2 months ! It just depends on what is going on in my life and how busy I am at that moment! Whatever the situation might be, I will always communicate, or if something is wrong to where I can't.
Please let me know your need by date in the inbox .
I will prioritize orders and be sure the item is shipped. (given that it is in the allotted time frame)
I can provide tracking information, but once the package leaves,I can not be responsible for it. Delivery company do have a mistakes a lot even though if the item are sent by one day guaranteed delivery express . We are not responsible for items that are misplaced or lost in the mailing process. If you are concerned about any item being lost in the mail, please contact me for the purchase of upgrade shipping .

If I get backed up with orders, I will close my shop until I get caught up.

Refunds and Exchanges:

I do not offer refunds or exchanges as all orders are made completely custom upon ordering. If an error is made on my part, I will do whatever is necessary to correct the problem. I must be notified within 2 business days of the stated delivery date on the tracking information. Any misspelling on the customer's part is the customer's error, and will not be refunded.
If you have failed to read my policy or current turnaround times and the scheduled shipping date is past the date you need your order, there will still be no refund given. In this case, I can offer you some discount for your next purchase.or replace the order with a different item (such as a different design on a shirt). I will not ship orders sooner of refund back orders just because the customer failed to read the policy! It is not fair to me or to other customers waiting for their orders.

Can I get a name put on any design?

Yes!! I will include a name on any design for no additional charge. Please just specify the name in the inbox .

Can I change the fabric/thread colors?

ABSOLUTELY! I am in the business for custom orders. That means that you get exactly what you want for your design. Please just message me the special instructions.

FAQs:
How quickly will I receive my order?

My turnaround is 3 -7weeks ATM including shipping.
This is only an estimate date and may change by 1-2 days.ESPECIALLY during rush holiday months!! My best rule of thumb is to order at LEAST 4 weeks in advance to insure timely delivery. I will try all my best to complete by the date you would like to receive.

Shop information:
Customer service is very very important. That includes answering your questions and getting your order to you as soon as possible. If at any time I get too many orders, I will temporarily close my shop (I won't be able to get back to you for a week or so sometimes) as I need to fill those orders in a timely fashion before taking on too many orders.
