Store Policies

PAYMENT

Simply Joolz accepts Paypal or direct debit. If you wish to pay via direct debit please advise and I will send my banking details. Payment is required within 48 hours of purchase. We do not accept cancellations for any change of mind.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING
Your order will be processed within 5 days of receiving payment unless you request a bulk order or a custom made order.
The default shipping method for all items within Australia is via Australia Post so allow 5 days. Please specify if you would prefer Express Post which usually takes 2-3 working days from despatch and can be automatically tracked - add an additional $4.50.

International orders - please allow up to three weeks for delivery. if you require an express service or registered post please contact me for a quote prior to purchasing.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
Choose your items carefully as I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after it has been shipped and/or received. Beanies, gloves, sunsleeves, neckwarmers and gaiters listed are described as accurately as possible. Please ensure you read the listing carefully before you order and email me if you have any queries regarding size and colour. If for any reason there is a fault in manufacture please advise me and return the item within 5 days and a refund will be made. Colours may vary between computer screens.
