Store Policies

Payment is by Paypal and Bank Deposit. Items will be posted 1-3 days after payment is received. Postage days are Monday & Thursday.
Made to order items
Once full payment is made, the order cannot be changed or cancelled as work will have started on your piece. Please make very sure you are happy with your choice before ordering. If you would like more details regarding your preferred choice please do not hesitate to contact me. I will be happy to provide additional photos and information to assist you with your decision.

One Of A Kind items
To request a return of a non-custom made item, please contact me via my “Contact Us” page for an Authorised Returns Number.
Returns must be lodged within 14 days of the date of shipping.
The item must be in its original condition – unused, unaltered, undamaged.
An exchange or store credit will not be offered if the customer has damaged the product through mis-usage or mishandling.
This also includes ordinary wear and tear of product usage over a period of time.
Item must be returned in the same packaging it arrived in.
All sales are final on Sale Items and Clearance Items.
