Spunk and Heart accepts PayPal. Please check that all details in your PayPal account is up to date to ensure your product arrives where it should.

SHIPPING DETAILS:
We offer FREE SHIPPING Australia Wide, this is for an Australia Post Regular Post service and items are shipped from Sydney Australia. Note that Regular Post delivery can take up to 4 business days once product is despatched. Combined postage on multiple prints is included.
We offer Express Post for an additional $10 within Australia.
Please contact us for postage rates for International shipping.
Please understand that Spunk and Heart is not held responsible for any lost or misplaced packages during shipping with Australia Post. No responsibility will be taken for any unregistered items lost in transit, and unfortunately, no refund or replacement will be offered for such items. All items are packaged and shipped with the utmost care.

PROOF PROCEDURE:
After your order has been placed, please allow 2-5 business days for your proof to be completed. Upon completion a digital low resolution proof will be emailed to the supplied email address. Please ensure you provide an email address that you would like the proof sent to. After response is received, either a revision will be made or your order will be produced and dispatched once final approval has been made.
Please Note: No responsibility can be taken for any errors noted after proof approval has been signed off. Frame and accessories are for illustrational purposes only and are not included. Please be aware that the colour you see on your screen may vary slightly from the final product you receive, due to monitor and printer calibration and printing processes.

EXCHANGE:
Due to the custom nature of the prints we do not offer an exchange or refund.
