Hi, I want you to love any purchase from Threads for Mary, so here are a few tips to assist you with a wonderful shopping experience.

TURNAROUND and SHIPPING TIME
I pride myself on a 2-3 day turnaround time (excluding holidays) but I am at the mercy of Australia Post when it comes to delivery time. I cannot guarantee how long it will take for your parcel to get to you, so please order your item well before that special event! If you are worried about delivery time, Express shipping is available so please message me if you would like that option.
Your item will be packaged with much care but I can take no responsibility for goods lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you would prefer to purchase registered packaging with tracking, please let me know.

REFUND POLICY
QUALITY CONTROL: Every item in my shop is made to a very high professional standard by me in my studio (spare room) in Brisbane and I check your purchase before it is shipped to you. I would hope that you will love any purchase from Threads for Mary, however, if for any reason you are not happy, PLEASE contact me.

(b) FAULTY ITEM: If the item is faulty, a refund or exchange (minus shipping charges) will be offered. Please contact me prior to returning any items and within 5 days of receiving your item. The postage cost for returning the item will be paid by the buyer. The returned item must be received in the same condition it was sent for the refund to be offered. (Must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached).

(c) CHANGE OF MIND: Threads for Mary does not offer a refund if you simply change your mind.

(d) INCORRECT SIZE: It is up to you to check that the size you order is correct before purchase. I cannot exchange an item because the size chosen is incorrect, mainly because most of my items are one-offs and I will not have another size in stock. If you need information on sizing, contact me before you order - I am here to help!
