Store Policies

PAYMENT
Payment is accepted via PayPal. Through PayPal you can also pay with a credit card or an eCheck. Please note: If you choose to pay with an eCheck, I cannot send you your item until the eCheck has cleared; this takes a few days.
I also accept direct deposit into my bank account - my account details are available at checkout.
Your product will be shipped within two days of payment, so cancellation will only be accepted before item is shipped.

SHIPPING
Shipping is through Australia Post to anywhere in the world.
Any import fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
All items are packed securely using recycled newspaper, bubble-wrap and boxes. Gift wrapping is available if the item is being shipped directly to gift recipient. Let me know these details during the checkout process.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If by chance you are not satisfied with your purchase, refunds will be given when unworn and undamaged item is returned to me, buyer to pay return postage.
Please report product damage or loss due to the shipping process as soon as possible, so that a replacement or refund can be arranged.
Although I strive to take photos of my products that represent the colour as exactly as possible, please be aware that colours can vary between computer monitors.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are welcome and a 10% deposit is payable before your order is made.
Wholesale orders are welcome and a 20% deposit is payable before orders are made.
