Trufio Embroidery only accepts payments via PayPal.
Postage is calculated on current Australia Post rates.
If you receive your item/s and they are damaged, please contact me immediately explaining the damage and I will work with you to rectify the problem. Refunds are not given for changing your mind.
Made to order/personalised items will take a little longer to complete due to the individual nature of the items. All efforts will be made to keep you appraised of the progress.
