Store Policies

PAYMENT POLICY:
All goods must be paid for immediately after purchase.
Paypal is the method of payment accepted.

SHIPPING:
Item is ready to ship in 1-3 business days and postage times vary, depending on your location.
Postage times vary from 2 to 6 business days within Australia.
International times depend on where you are located, it does vary between 2-6 weeks though.
Of course all this varies at peak times of the year such as Christmas. There are three choices for shipping within Australia - Standard, Registered (signed) or Express Post. Any postage over payments that occur will be promptly refunded to you.

Postage is standard airmail for international orders. It does not include registered post or any other insurances or fees that may be incurred by your country.

Please make sure your address I am supplied with is the correct and current one for delivery. No responsibility will be taken if the address supplied is incorrect and the parcel goes missing.

REFUND:
I like my customers to be happy with their purchases, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, you will be fully refunded for the bag cost (excluding shipping costs, which will be up to you to pay). Please contact me within 3 days after receiving the package and we'll find a solution. All returns must be in original condition, undamaged, unwashed and in their original packaging.

All measurements are included with my products so please make sure you understand the sizing before you buy so there is no disappointment.

Returning shipping costs are paid for by the buyer.
