Store Policies

All of my products are proudly designed and handmade in Australia, with quality materials and plenty of love and care. I make an eclectic collection of desirable leather and fabric fashion bags, soft home accessories and some gorgeous lavender inspired products for relaxation. All the nice things in life that make for a thoughtful gift for that special someone or even yourself!! While some of my designs can be reproduced as you see them, others are a wonderful lucky-dip where you just tell me the colours and theme, I'll make you something that suits and you get a beautiful surprise in the mail!

I am a bit of a perfectionist (yes it's a curse sometimes) and take a lot of time and care when manufacturing each item. However as they are handmade and not mass produced in a factory there may be some imperfections which is to be expected. Where I am not satisfied with the finished product because of some imperfections, I sell these at reduced prices in my SAMPLES & SECONDS section and detailing the imperfections so you know what they are.

I've also taken great care in photographing each product the best I can in natural light. However, there may be some colour/contrast/brightness variations between different computer screens and the actual product. Please keep this in mind when you receive your purchase. Your satisfaction is very important to me, so if you do have any concerns with your purchased product, please message so I can resolve your concerns.

I ask that you finalise your purchase within 5 days of placing your order.
You can pay for your order by:
- Direct Debit (please contact me for details), or
- Paypal. Please note you do not need a PayPal account if you are paying with a credit card.
- Redeeming an Annie Zorzo Accessories Gift Voucher.

When redeeming a Gift Voucher/s and the purchase & shipping is less than the Gift Voucher, the 'Other' payment type must be used. The 'Other' payment method is for the exclusive use of Gift Vouchers. No other payment forms will be accepted through 'Other' and orders not utilising a Gift Vouchers will be cancelled.

Orders will only be shipped after complete payment has been received.

Standard delivery uses Australia Post. Where your purchase requires a large box, a courier service is sometimes used.

Purchases less than $250*...... delivered by Australia Post using standard Australia postage. Signature Delivery can be arranged for an additional postage charge. Overseas customers, please message me to inquire about shipping costs to your country.

Purchases of $250 to $299*...... Free standard delivery! Yay! Only applicable on domestic Australian orders. Overseas customers, please message me to inquire about shipping costs to your country.

Purchases of $300 to $349..... Free Signature Delivery! Yay! Only applicable on domestic Australian orders. Overseas customers, please message me to inquire about shipping costs to your country.

Purchases of $350 or more..... Free Insured Signature Delivery!! Yay!! Only applicable on domestic Australian orders. Overseas customers, please message me to inquire about shipping costs to your country.

Note * - due to the time it takes me to make each item, I am unfortunately unable to replace any items that have been lost in the post where a signature delivery has not been used. If you would like to add signature delivery, the option is available upon checkout.

Once payment is received, your purchase will be posted within 3 days - in most cases within 24 hours. Please allow 1-14 working days for shipment within Australia - depending on your location, and longer during busy times such as Christmas.

I am happy to arrange delivery to international locations. Delivery to these areas may take longer due to distance and customs, and the purchaser is responsible for any customs or duty chargers. Please contact met to arrange international delivery and adjust the postage charges as required in the 'shipping' section.

Local pick-up is available for Northern Rivers NSW. Please contact me to arrange to arrange local pick-up times and to remove the 'shipping' fees from the item.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure you receive them in the best possible condition.

 Please make sure your postal address in both your MadeIt account and Paypal account are correct to ensure your purchased item arrives safely.

t is important to me that you are satisfied with your purchase and my service to you. If you are not happy due to it being faulty in some way, please contact me to discuss refund/exchange options within 7 days of when you receive the order. 

Please note, should you wish to refund or exchange your purchase due to some fault with the item, I require the item purchased to be returned to me in the original condition you received it (i.e. packaging and wrapping). Your original postage costs can not be refunded or reimbursed and the cost of returning the item to me is at your own expense.

I do not refund/exchange if you simply change your mind, and I do not refund/exchange on SAMPLES & SECONDS.


I create a variety of products. Generally while I can re-create something I have made previously, I usually only make one at a time using a particular combination of leathers and fabrics. What I love about Custom and Bespoke orders is that I'm making something that I know you will love. But what is the difference between a custom and a bespoke order.

A Custom order is where you select your own leather and fabric, from what I have in stock or can source from my suppliers, for one of my standard designs. Custom Orders will usually take 3 weeks to complete and a 50% deposit is required, unless other arrangements (such as Lay-by) have been made.

A Bespoke order is where you have a specific bag in mind that requires me to completely design and sample a pattern to your specifications. Any alternations to an existing design is also a bespoke order as patterns require re-working. This is a lengthy process and can take 8 weeks or more. A Bespoke order sometimes does not have a final price until after the pattern and sampling is completed. A non-refundable Bespoke Fee of $50 is required for the pattern and sampling to be undertaken. After which a 50% deposit is required on the final product before it is commenced.

For both Custom and Bespoke orders, the balance owing on your item is required upon completion and before delivery is arranged. I reserve the right to on-sell the product to another party if the balance of payment has not been made despite repeated attempts to contact you.

I am happy to offer Lay-by on any of my products, or a combination of my products, whereby a purchase price + postage is of a value of $100 or above. A $5 Lay-by fee is charged for this service and a 20% deposit is required to secure the Lay-by. All Lay-bys require a payment every two weeks and the whole Lay-by period must not exceed 90 days. Please contact me for full terms & conditions if you are interested in this purchasing option on any of my products/combination of products.

On occasion Gift Vouchers will become available in set values of $50, $75 and $100. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and other Terms and Conditions also apply. If there are none currently listed but you would like a voucher, please contact me.

I value my customers and nothing pleases me more than for you to be happy with your purchase so much that you come back to purchase again. As such I am pleased to offer returning customers a special Loyalty Reward code in order to receive discounts on a future purchases. This code is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1) Loyalty Rewards can only be redeemed on ready-made items.
2) Custom orders are not included in the Loyalty Rewards discounts.*
3) Loyalty Rewards are only available to previous AZA customers.
4) Orders received through the sharing of the Loyalty Reward code will be cancelled.
5) Orders received where the Loyalty Reward code has been applied incorrectly will be cancelled.

* Please note that I do not charge extra for custom orders. I am unable to offer the same Loyalty Rewards to previous customers on customs orders, due to the considerable amount extra time spent on custom orders.

I am happy to gift wrap should any items purchased be a gift. I wrap in pink or white tissue paper with hemp twine and attach a gift tag with your handwritten message. If you would like your purchase delivered directly to the gift recipient, please let me know where you would like me to send it to. Please contact me if you require this service at no cost to you.
