My jewellery is handmade from high quality components, by me, Vicki in my studio and is available to ship now.
My beads are handmade and variations are part of the handmade character of the pieces and contribute to their beauty.

Packaging is padded or prepaid envelopes or boxes with goods in recycled bubble wrap / recycled paper used to protect my recyclable cardboard gift boxes, which are decorated with patterned paper and tied with cotton twine string. Please reuse the wrap where you can and help look after the planet

I can wrap and send purchases that are gifts to third parties for you - email me to let me know and I can include a gift tag and message as well on your behalf.

Goodies are shipped within 24 hours of order. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post both locally and internationally, at or under the Australia Post listed rates. Local shipping is usually 2 -5 days, international can be 1 – 3 weeks depending on your postal service. Quoted shipping times may be subject to Australia Post delays - COVID 19 is slowing down some deliveries, but generally those Australia Post guys are doing an amazing job.

At present due to the Pandemic I recommend that international customers consider express post.
I don't insure standard mail as I try to keep things affordable for all - contact me prior to purchase if you wish to check if I can ship to your country , or add insurance and I will send you a quote.

Australia : Rates locally are flat rate $8.95 for standard post.
New Zealand: Rates start from $15.00 for standard post

I will refund any shipping over payment. I dont mark up shipping rates and want you to get the best value.

Rates vary. . If your zone is not listed feel free to contact me for a postage quote which will be at the Australia Post listed rate. At present I am only shipping via tracked international post or express . I will refund any shipping over payment. Contact me prior to purchase if you wish to check if I can ship to your country.

Refunds + Returns
I value your support and want you to be happy with your Sasha + Max piece. Regretfully I do not refund for change of mind, so please select carefully, or should you need further information before purchase (such as more photos or measurements) just drop me an email and I'll respond as Im super friendly . Should there be any concerns with your purchase, contact me and I will work with you to get a good resolution.
