Store Policies

Payment is available through Paypal and direct deposit. If you use direct deposit please contact us after you have made your purchase and we will forward our bank details. For convenience please make your payment within two days of your purchase.
All domestic items will be sent through Australia Post Regular Post, and most items will be mailed within seven days of the payment being processed as items are usually made to order. Each purchase will be packaged with love and care, with the aim that it will arrive in perfect condition. Once your purchase is in the hands of Australia Post, we do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
Refunds are not usually given unless your purchase is faulty. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with you purchase please contact me so we can work something out.
We currently do not sell our items wholesale and our items are not to be purchased for commercial resale. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
